How can we experience a deeper purpose in life and self-fulfillment?

Focus on the SAHASRARA – the Crown Chakra

Sahasrara connects us to the higher “SELF”, every being on the planet as well as divine energy. Together with the sixth chakra, it controls the functions of the brain and the pineal gland.

How do we know that our seventh chakra is out of balance?

If we suffer from a lack of interest in worldly life, insomnia, depression, various psychological disorders, we are prone to superstitious thoughts, suffer from a lack of joy in life, a lack of ability to make decisions, or we are confused. On the physical level, disturbances in the function of the seventh chakra, lead to headaches, exhaustion, weak immunity, chronic diseases, breathing problems, neurological disorders, mental-health issues, cancer and other serious illnesses.

In some situations, an overactive crown chakra can lead to a feeling of superiority over others, aggressiveness, as well as a tendency to criticize and judge others.

In order to unblock the crown chakra, we need to work on the activation of all the lower chakras because they supply the crown chakra with energy. That is why it is extremely important not to neglect any energy center. Each of them is equally important for a healthy and balanced life.

When the seventh chakra is in balance, we feel that our existence has deeper meaning, we have confidence in life and compassion for others, we feel connected to our environment and the entire universe. We are able to live in peace, joy and love, and we easily discard negative beliefs. We have deep spiritual insights, feel a deep connection with our own infinity and with the infinity of the entire Universe, which leads to a sense of security.

Some of the yoga postures which can help us balance the flow of energy in our crown chakra, feel that we are pure consciousness, one with the entire Universe, as well as help us  live in complete gratitude, compassion and acceptance are:
