On October 22, 2025, a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed in Stockholm, Sweden, signaling the start of a transformative collaboration between prominent Swedish-based diplomatic and philanthropic entities and global humanitarian organizations. This agreement establishes a high-level platform for peace, designed to bridge the gap between strategic international relations and grassroots social impact. The alliance focuses on delivering tangible value to societies by combining the advisory expertise of Swedish partners with the extensive humanitarian networks of the Mohanji foundations.

The MOU was signed by two key visionaries: Chairperson Lena Bäcker and Chairperson Mohanji. This partnership marks a symbolic convergence between the “Royal” tradition of the Swedish foundation and the principles of Raja Yoga – often referred to as the “Royal Path” of self-mastery – which Mohanji advocates. Lena Bäcker, serving as the Global Chair for Life of the RFP Global Fund, brings a formidable background in governance and international diplomacy. Her expertise provides the professional framework to influence global policy, while Mohanji’s teachings on spiritual sovereignty and selfless service provide the operational heart of the movement.

This collaboration involves a diverse group of organizations, each contributing specialized resources. From the Swedish side, the GGA Group (Good Government Affairs) offers strategic advisory in diplomacy, while The Royal Foundation for Peace (RFP) brings together royal houses to form one of the world’s most discreet and powerful partnerships for global good. On the humanitarian side, the Mohanji International Foundation (Switzerland), ACT International Foundation (UK), and Ammucare Charitable Trust (India) offer a massive operational footprint. Together, these entities cover a spectrum of services ranging from high-level diplomatic mediation to crisis relief at the grassroots level.
A key highlight of this alliance is its immediate global reach, extending to 80 countries. The partnership leverages the RFP Global Fund’s unique position of trust and legitimacy to deliver specialized education and technology to the world’s poorest children. This alliance aims to create a Platform for Peace that is both actionable and measurable. This transition from “humankind” to “kind humans” is supported by joint projects that emphasize digital inclusion and modern educational tools.

The alliance moved into its operational phase almost immediately following the Stockholm signing. In December 2025, Lena Bäcker led a delegation to the Mohanji ka Aangan center in Delhi, India, to observe the real-world application of these educational and tech-driven initiatives. Furthermore, a high-level interaction with the FICCI FLO in India highlighted the alliance’s commitment to women’s empowerment and social entrepreneurship. These steps confirm that this historic union is a functioning engine for global change heading into 2026, combining royal prestige with a global mission of compassion.
