When I stareted to wake up at 5am I literally bloomed….I felt a special effect and it is a reminder for me to continue with the routine, Thank you very much!“

SOME INSIGHTS FROM ONLINE PROGRAMS

In December, the monthly theme was “From Stagnation to Motivation”. Winter time is usually a period in hthe year when most of the people wish to stay at home and lose their motivation for work, school or other obligations, therefore our guests, an educator in time management, and a psychologist, were talking about how to organize our time better, set our priorities and find within ourselves, a desire to put forth some effort and learn something new in order to reach our full potential.

The new year started with the theme of health care, through a holistic approach and various subjects connected to“The Path of Healing.” Our guests shared various ancient techniques of alternative medicine as well as their experiences in practices, efficiency, etc.. A Yoga instructor, Dušan,

a contributor to our club, was leading and teaching participants special breathing techniques, live via Zoom, four times a week.

A live interview was conducted at the end of the month with an aromatherapist who lives and leads by example and with an author of holistic programs who rewarded 2 participants with 2 months of meditation and emotional alchemy.

February’s theme was focused on ‘The World Around Us’.

Our guests were a teacher of transformative yoga and a homeopath who were talking about ways to keep our space energetically clean and positive, the impact of the energy around us and within us.

Spring brought ‘Awakening Awareness Along with the Nature’

With our guests, a vegetarian chef who spoke about the impact of veganism on the environment  and a university professor spoke about things we can change as individuals, from unconscious to conscious habit,s and how to give back unconditionally to mother Earth.

‘Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body’

What to consume or avoid in a diet, how to make a healthy and balanced diet, why physical activity is important for health and how to find the right one for ourselves.

All these issues were discussed with a professional kinesiologist who gave practical advice as well as an experienced expert for macrobiotics and veganism, who is also the founder and organizer of the only Pop Up Organic Market in the region.

Many children have joined and enjoyably participated in the variety of activities based on empowerment and creativity.

During four days of Kid’s Winter Camp, the representative of EBC for kids Balkan, Himalayan School of Traditional  Yoga teacher, Staša Mišić held yoga classes for over 60 kids every day. Apart from asanas for better concentration and memory, the children were also learning to become aware of their breathing, heart beats and feelings in the entire body which also brings to a peace of mind, increasing attention and self acceptance.

Some interesting assignmens that we guided children to think about

–         Why is sustainable means of transport important for the environment?

–         Draw the world you imagine to live in with all the other children from the world and to give the drawing as a gift to an unknown friend.

–     Quizzes –  Holiday Customs Around The World with an aim of spreading awareness of diverse cultures and their customs.

A special program in Bar, Montenegro

Children were practicing Joyful Yoga, guided meditation, Mohanji’s Freedom Meditation, and listened to an educational story about an eagle’s life which inspired them to some meaningful conclusions about changes in life.

NEW IDEAS ON THE WAY

Everything is easier when we do it in a group!

We are getting closer to the participants from the middle of May in order to increase motivation and give support for waking up early by guiding the morning routine via Zoom.

Breathing exercises, yoga, reading stories based on positivity, and empowering ourselves!

We never lack new ideas, always challenging ourselves to provide more, that’s the secret of our success!
