Coronavirus 5

From Isolation to Transformation

April 23, 2020 Uncategorizedcoronavirus, yoga

Each December, around my birthday, I witness a new synchronicity which appears in relation with some changed circumstances in my life. As if some new birth takes place. The death of one identity, the loss, so I would learn a lesson about detachment, or as gamers would say, I so I would move to the next level of this game called life. The last December, in 2019, in just 24 hours, I experienced once again how the cosmos functions. My daily job was bothering me because I had the urge to dedicate myself more to my purpose of adding value to society and helping people progress spiritually. Ever since I completed the intensive Mohanji Acharya training in October 2019, along with 100 other people from all over the world, I swore to life which assumes adding value to society, I have learnt not to waste my time but to keep asking at every  moment what else I can do, how else I can help. As our thoughts and energy always flawlessly create just what we want, even if don’t say it, a few days after my birthdays I was faced with the news that the company I was working for would no longer need my services. On the same day at my office, I received the book “Life and Teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba”, one of the greatest masters and enlightened people who belongs to the same tradition as Mohanji, my spiritual teacher who has brought me closer to myself and to my life purpose.

While I was packing my things from the office, I looked at the book which was smiling at me from the desk and felt it was time for the next adventure. The next day, I received the news that someone had anonymously donated the money for me to attend the one-month course for the certified Yoga teacher of the Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga in India, which I would otherwise not be able to attend: if I had kept my job, I couldn’t attend it due to the lack of time, and I could not afford it without the job.

So, the cosmos miraculously arranged everything for me and helped me skip both obstacles, temporal and financial, in just 24 hours. I made a plan with a couple of friends who are also Mohanji Acharyas (those who spread and live Mohanji’s teachings about adding value to society, unconditional love and non-violence), to visit the temple in Shirdi after the Yoga course. I felt that Shirdi Sai Baba has invited us to India through his book Sai Satcharita.

Since a few of us who have travelled to India to the Yoga training are also volunteers of the charity organization ACT Serbia Foundation, after arriving in Bangalore we organized three charity actions in the centers for elderly people, as well as the centers for very poor children. Part of the teachings of the traditional Yoga also encompasses Karma Yoga or philosophy stating that we cannot progress spiritually until we start being unselfish, generous and modest. That would mean we should share all that we have, share from the heart and not allow our ego to take any credit for these generous acts.

It’s been over one month since I arrived in hot India and I’m laughing out loud to my plans. Life teaches us that the plans’ purpose is to fail and thus teach us flexibility and acceptance of the current situation. Within the Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga, we have learned not just about asanas, but also about pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga philosophy, ancient wisdom, Ayurveda, anatomy, Sanskrit and a true Yogi’s way of life. A real Yogi strives to conquer not just the body, but the mind as well. The fundamental teaching is ahimsa or non-violence in thoughts, words and actions. Our life should be such that we do not hurt or do not even have the intention of hurting anyone, not even in our thoughts. The goal of every Yogi is to liberate the mind in order to merge with the universal divine consciousness which is the source of everything. The mind is considered a beautiful instrument which enables us to experience the universe. We have come to this world to have certain experiences. When we are ready to get rid of the mind’s impurities and all the patterns we have accumulated through lifetimes, a master or a teacher whose purpose is to direct us toward the final destination appears in our life. That is why great masters often say that the clear sign of spiritual progress is having fewer thoughts per second. Until we completely liberate our mind. That is exactly what the people are striving towards by practising meditation. Yoga helps us with that.

Yoga unifies body, mind and spirit.

The day before was supposed to be the last day of the training for Traditional Yoga teachers, and twenty or so of us from different countries, cultural and religious backgrounds were looking forward to the final results and to the successful completion of our training. For days we were bombed by the news of Coronavirus and its consequences around the world. Our flights were cancelled. We were trying to book the new tickets and return home, but we kept receiving different news every moment. At first, the websites were showing three times higher prices of the tickets which we were not even able to book. After that, we were able to book the tickets but the payments wouldn’t go through since even the bank systems started glitching. When we finally managed to book the tickets, we were informed that the Serbian airports were closed. Very soon after that, the Indian government declared the complete lockdown which should last for 21 days. A very loud silence ensued. At one moment, we could only hear mosquitos, crickets and frogs.

All the textbooks about the body, as well as mind detox state the period of 21 days is ideal if we want to cleanse our organism, leave a bad habit, have a transformation. During this period the cells in our organism are renewing as well. They say that Coronavirus attacks the heart and the lungs. The feelings of fear, anxiety, guilt and helplessness are the emotions which additionally attack these organs on the physical level and additionally weaken our immune system, which makes us even more susceptible to viruses like Corona. Out of twenty-something people who were “stuck” in Bangalore, ten of us were Mohanji Acharyas. We quickly became aware that it is no coincidence the ten of us ended up together in isolation. In the couple of previous weeks, we were learning what it means to be a true Yogi through philosophy and theory, and now was the time to check how much of it we actually apply in our lives. Americans have the saying “walk the talk” implying we need to live in accordance with what preach. We realized we didn’t want to spend a single hour panicking and allowing self-pity, panic and anger to take over. We organized a meeting to which we invited everyone present to make the plan about the structure of our day and organize programs both for us here, as well as record the content and techniques to share with the whole world and contribute to the overall stability and positivity. The morning starts with yoga and breathing exercises, during the day we organize meditations, conscious dancing and group Mai-Tri energy treatments, and the evenings are ideal for singing bhajans or chanting mantras. Mantras as well as prayers rise the vibration of our organism and do not allow the negative energies to reach us.

Considering most of the staff which were helping us so far had been sent home, we split into teams and assigned tasks: Cooking Team, Cleaning and Washing Team, Changing the Sheets Team. One day we change the sheets, the next we peel vegetables and prepare the pastry for chapati (yes, we have learned some Indian recipes), the third day we clean the rooms. This reminded me of the scene from the novel Eat, Pray, Love where Elisabeth Gilbert describes how she went through experiences of cleaning an ashram in India. She visited a few countries in order to experience the transformation through extremes, and we got three in one through this isolation.

What will happen tomorrow? I don’t know. I know I have scheduled recording of the video about emotional stability for our Mohanji Acharyas YouTube Channel with the purpose of empowering as many people as possible in this period of instability.

Tomorrow I may conduct a meditation or help in the kitchen. Or both things consecutively. There is no true spirituality without flexibility. I think the Yogi within me has finally stopped resisting the unexpected. Even the monkeys stopped entering the room and destroying things, now they are waiting for me to go outside and give them biscuits. I guess they can see the benefits of our isolation too. There is also something good in it.

When we realize there is no point in resisting or expecting anything from the outside; we just grow silent. And then we feel the gentle breeze of transformation.

Yogic Breathing for Stability and Calm During the Coronavirus

April 20, 2020 Uncategorizedcoronavirus, pranayama breathing techniques

As the effects of Coronavirus reach nearly all peoples across the world, let us be aware of our emotional and mental health.

As we lose our freedoms and lifestyles, insecurities and fears can easily take us over and we need to be aware of how these play out in our mind. Most of our modern-day illnesses have a root cause in ‘stress’ and where do we feel stress developing first? In our mind and in our thoughts. We then witness it in the body as shortness of breath and after time it develops into something much more serious.

This video gives you 2 incredibly simple breathing techniques that can quickly bring stability, peace and calm. These are very simple but incredibly effective.

If at any time you find yourself in a state of anxiety practice these breathing techniques. They bring instant effects.

There are many other ways which we can help ourselves in these times. Most of these have their root in acceptance and shifting our awareness to recognize that life is and has always been something of an ever-changing drama. Many ups, many downs and we rarely have control over anything, not even our own heartbeat. The more we accept and flow with life, the smoother our journey.

Both techniques can be practiced sitting, with your back straight, legs/feet slightly apart and palms resting on your knees. Or if you prefer, standing.

Breathing Technique 1: Deep Exhalation

Inhale, fully filling the chest on a count and exhale for double the count of the inhale. For example, if you inhale for a count of 2 then you exhale for a count of 4. Make sure to breathe within your lung capacity and if you have a large lung capacity you can attempt the maximum inhale of 5 and exhale for 10. One cycle of INHALE/EXHALE is 1 round.

Complete 10 – 12 rounds.

INHALE/EXHALE Ratios – 2/4 or 3/6 or 4/8 or 5/10

Breathing Technique 2: Alternate Nostril Breathing

In a similar way to technique 1, you double the exhalation, only this time you breathe through the nostrils alternately closing one whilst you breathe through the other. This is this pattern: CLOSE RIGHT & INHALE LEFT CLOSE LEFT & EXHALE RIGHT CLOSE LEFT & INHALE RIGHT CLOSE RIGHT & EXHALE LEFT The above is one round of breathing.

Complete 10 -12 rounds.

INHALE/EXHALE Ratios – 2/4 or 3/6 or 4/8 or 5/10

Insights from Mohanji on Covid19

April 20, 2020 Uncategorizedconsciousness shift, coronavirus

It is a time to think. A virus has brought the entire mankind to its knees. A virus really dictates the terms of our existence. Even with all our technological growth, with all our power, a high level of awareness, and scientific development, we still cannot fight a virus. There are so many factors that make us aware of how helpless we are.

This is a clear sign of our helplessness. Many people ask me about certain mantras which will help during this time. Mantras definitely help. Mantras are vibrations or frequencies. If you increase your frequency, you become more immune. And one of the mantras which come to my mind easily is the Gayatri Mantra which everybody is familiar with. If you keep chanting this, it will help you and your community a lot. This has been tested and proved a long time ago. Likewise, the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra also helps. Therefore, Mantras certainly help.

Gayatri Mantra

Om Bhuur-Bhuvah Svah

Tat-Savitur-Varennyam

Bhargo Devasya Dhiimahi

Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayaat

Maha Mrityanjaya Mantra

Om tryambakam yajaamahe

Sugandhimpushti-vardhanam

Urvaarukam iva bandhanaat

Mrtyor mukshii ya maamritaat

Chanting helps, detachment helps. Even the society has to redefine its existence today.

We have lived a reasonably insensitive, unconsciously insensitive existence all these years. We did not care about anything around us. We did not care about ecology; we did not really take care of the environment that we live in. We have always complained and talked so much about rights rather than responsibilities. So at this time, this virus has brought us to a certain awareness, to ask certain questions in our life.

What exactly are we doing? What are we up to? Is this what we are? It is very important that we define humanity; define mankind; define our existence in a much more detailed way in this context at this time. One of the primary things which we can discuss here is how committed have we been to ecology or the environment around us? We have been blindly following our tastes, our desires, our imaginations, and our own pleasures. We never thought about how it will affect the world outside.

We hunt; kill animals who wanted to live. We kill various beings for the pleasure of our time, the pleasure of our skin. We have manipulated and mutilated so many beings. Now, it is payback time. This is a sign of payback, where nature is telling us who is in charge. Because this virus is bothering us, it is bothering our lives, our daily activities, even the economy. It is affecting us on every level. But, if you look at the whole world from a different angle, human beings are the worst viruses that this world has ever seen, because we have affected every aspect of the world – the earth, the water, and the sky. We have contaminated every space. We have done so much damage to this world.

This is the right time to think about it. We brought oil from under the earth while nature has given us three energy sources – sunlight, water, and air. Pure energy sources. Instead, we chose to extract oil from inside the earth, which was supposed to be lubricating and balancing the Earth. Today, we see many more natural calamities; many more earthquakes, we see so many other things connected to the Earth’s instability. When the Earth is unstable, we are unstable. This is one. Two, because of all these insensitive lifestyles, the Earth has warmed up – ‘Global Warming.’ That has also affected us and is affecting us every moment. It is melting the ice. It’s taking the drinking water, the pure water sources away. We can see that the water levels are rising and it will wipe away some islands in this world. That is again the destruction of life. We saw tsunamis affecting and killing many people. Therefore, overall, nature is retaliating. Nature is fighting back because of our insensitivity.

We have seen forest fires. Most of them are supposedly manmade fires. We lit up the forests and billions of animals died; acres of land were devastated. So much destruction has happened in the last hundred years. Meanwhile, technology grew. We are in the age of Internet. We have seen so many different dimensions of technology, technological expertise, and technological development. It is all very commendable. It is remarkable. The world has come together. However, have we grown in awareness? Have we really used this awareness to expand our kindness and compassion in this world? Absolutely not!

We are still fighting for the sake of greed. We live for profits; do business for profits. We do not care whether there is an inconvenience to the environment because of our business. We are so insensitive. In the name of money, in the name of profits, we compromise many things. When we compromise humanity, we lose mankind. Wherever we have touched, we have behaved like viruses. We talk too much about religion but we do not talk about humanity. Actually speaking, humanity is the best or the most important religion. We are one species. We should be talking about us as a species; we should be talking about us in terms of what we can do for this Earth; what we can do for this world. Not about what we can take from this world.

We have always spoken about rights, but it is time we spoke about responsibilities.

This is a time to think about how many people will die because of this virus. As we know now, so many countries are affected. Travel bans are happening; communication channels are affected; traveling between countries is not smooth anymore; business transportation is affected. Therefore, we can see that it is affecting every level of existence. Hospitals are on overdrive. Medicines are not suitable, or not all the medicines are suitable. I still believe that only natural medicines will be suitable for these kinds of viruses. But, do we have the nature to get those medicines from? This is another question. Because we have made the earth so barren that the earth cannot give us anything more. We have used the earth in a very insensitive way.

We have reached a stage where we do not even talk to people. We look at people as profit centres, as a profit potential or the source for profit. We do not see people, we do not see animals, we do not see birds, we see nobody and we see nothing. We have become islands. Then, suddenly we realize a virus has brought us to our knees, brought the whole world to its knees. It has devastated us. It is like a third world war now. Not between countries, but between nature and this one species – human species. This is not the end. Do not think that this ends here. Once this virus ends, people will go back to their old ways. Then again, we will create; the collective consciousness will create such incidents. We are looking at conquering the Earth. We cannot conquer the Earth; the Earth conquers us.

No human being has ever conquered the Earth; it was only an illusion. People have said, “With lots of wealth and property, we buy assets and we keep hold of a lot of things.” Until when? Until our death, up to our graveyard. That is it. We cannot take anything from here. The only things we can have while we exist on Earth are the experiences that we get. All the experiences through our five senses – eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and skin, and through the processors. Emotions are processed in the mind, information is processed with our intellect, and the materials which support our existence are processed through the ego. That is all we have. Therefore, we have five senses and three processors. Summing up, everything put together – experiences. Some we call good experiences, some we call bad experiences. That is all we have. That is life. So, in this life, how much are we harming the world, harming people and harming nature? We have violated everything. We have manipulated everything. Then, we cry now. What do we do now?

It is time to redefine ourselves. It is time to redefine humanity, to redefine human existence on Earth. It is time. We cannot be islands anymore. We cannot be isolated anymore. We have to behave responsibly. As we read in the newspapers, the place where it all started in China was a wildlife market. Wild animals should be in the wild, what were they doing in the market? Also, how much of the killing is still happening? Trophy hunting is happening. Countries in Africa are offering their wild animals for hunting, for money. They do not care. People do not care. Why do we kill something for our satisfaction? Isn’t that an aberration? It is an abnormality to kill some being, to take something of a being, who wants to live. It’s abnormal for human beings to think like this.

We must redefine our existence; we must go plant-based; we must accept the environment. We should not use any material (like fertilizers) that will harm or pollute the Earth or its beings. We should completely discard them. We should make our life cleaner, easier, and better. We should look at every species as a part of this Earth, as a part of us, as a part of co-existence. All species have the same rights on Earth, the same value on Earth. We cannot say we are superior and be isolated from instinct, because we have intelligence and imagination. We are not superior. When do we know we are superior? – When we add value to the environment around us, when we do not pollute the Earth, when we do not manipulate or destroy Earth or destroy life. When we do not do any of that, at that time, we can say we are a refined species.

Recently, these forest fires of the last year have destroyed billions of beings. A lot of flora and fauna were devastated. If it was man-made, there’s no mercy, no pardon. Because we created our own graveyard, we dug our own grave, and now we cannot complain. Now, when nature tells who is in charge, all we can do is sit down, watch and pray. But pray to whom? We have to pray to ourselves, to be reasonable, to be sensitive, to be loving, to be kind, to be compassionate, to be human beings. Humanity is the highest thing, which we can express during human existence. That is all we have to do.

So, this virus is definitely a warning bell for us, for our species as a whole. Discard all divisions that we have entertained; caste, country, culture, and colour. The virus never cared about them. The virus has no boundaries. The virus did not check which border it crossed, it affected everybody. It is really the time to think and it is really the time to act. If we do not do that, if we do not become one global family, one species – human species – beyond caste, country, culture, and religion, if we do not take care of each other, as lovingly as we take care of our children, we do not have a future. This is important to know.

I wish you good health, I wish you stability and I wish you great awareness. Please spread this message to the world. Tell people that it is time we unite and we come together. Once again, I wish you all great health.

Corona Virus COVID-19 Relationship Between Mind and Body (Part 1)

April 20, 2020 Uncategorizedcoronavirus

INTRODUCTION

In recent times we have been witnessing the development of global crisis caused by introduction of COVID 19 Virus or so called Corona virus. This has caused an unprecedented crisis in the history of modern world to this date. The world is facing a major crisis in all aspects of our existence, caused by the most primitive of all Life forms – a virus. The complexity of Human life and our very existence is at its knees in front of the simplest of all life forms, which is a paradox in itself. This is an attempt to explain the nature of this problem from the perspective of Chi, the Universal Energy that encompases all that Is, and offer practical and real solution to this issue. More than this virus and the consequences of pandemic that are looming, the world seems to be infected by a far greater problem. It is relationship between Fear and Guilt manifesting through relationship between Mind and Body.  How is this related? Before we explain it there are some basics that we need to know.

COVID-19

According to official science and what is known so far, COVID-19 is a virus strain, first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, that has only spread in people since December 2019. Very little is known about this new virus and it has the potential to cause severe illness and pneumonia in some people. COVID-19 is primarily spread through respiratory droplets, which means to become infected, people generally must be within 2 metres of someone who is contagious and come into contact with these droplets. It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads. Symptoms of COVID-19 appear within two to 14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, runny nose and difficulty breathing. It is believed that symptoms of COVID-19 may appear in as few as two days, or as long as 14 days after exposure. So far there is no approved medication for this virus.

The effect of Covid-19 infection is manifested  in human lungs tissue where the inflammation causes the alveoles in lung parenchyma where gas exchange happens, to swell thus decreasing their ability to exchange gasses. This causes a process in Lungs called carnation where Lungs tissue turns solid and block exchange of gasses. This condition if left unchanged can cause death of the body.

So, how our body fights it? In the same way like with any other virus infection! We already have the system developed against it and it is so sophisticated. And we have it without even knowing it! It produces antibodies, a kind of soldier cells, which then go on and destroy the virus.  In the most recent study published by Australian Institute For Infection And Immunity in Melbourne, Peter Doherty, it has been found that our body produces four specific antibodies which are destroying this virus. So it is not all the bad news, isn’t it. To this very date the numbers stand at 160,000 people infected and 6,500 deceased. This report was published by BBC News service on 17th March 2020.

Virus Anatomy

So what is a virus? Simply, it is a small parasite that is unable to  reproduce by itself. Once it infects a cell, let’s say a human cell, it can direct that cell to produce more viruses. The structure of a virus is made of an outer shell of protein and the nucleus which is RNA or DNA as genetic material. RNA or DNA encode proteins and the simplest virus can encode 4 proteins to most complex ones which can encode 100 to 200 proteins…

Energy Model

Kinesiology is a rewarding healing science to study the direct connection between mind and body. With its many procedures combined with the art of muscle testing technique, Kinesiology allows us to examine and correct many issues at its root thus allowing the body to self-heal. To explain really how it works we would have to delve deep into quantum physics and holographic model.

Three Nervous Systems

Our body has three nervous systems and they are:

  1. The voluntary network which is under conscious control and distributed primarily to voluntary muscles
  2. The involuntary or autonomic nervous system, sympathetic and parasympathetic, which controls physiological functions of internal organs such as digestion, heart beat, production and distribution of hormones, blood flow, etc.
  3. The Acupuncture Meridian system which supplies and transmits the energy called Chi or Bio-Energy to ALL body structures and organs. This system is the least known to Western mainstream science, however long known to Eastern medicine and phylosophy.

Through our body there are 14 major energy channels or meridians which run on the surface of the body and also inside of the body where they cross on many places forming a perfect hologram of our body. Chi which flows through meridians is divided into Yin and Yang flow where Yin supplies organs that function 24/7, and Yang supplies organs that work as per need. For us and our body to be healthy all meridians and holographic intersections must remain in balance with constant flow of Chi.

The flow of Chi is very sensitive to fluctuations in our lives caused by stress. Our reaction to some situation is what we call stress and that causes variations in our perceptions, attitudes, feelings, thoughts and emotions. Using scientific, psychic or clinical methods we can measure the variety of changes that a mere thought can produce thus triggering a chain reaction of numerous physiological changes in our body as a response to a given situation.

The Role of Thymus Gland

The thymus produces progenitor cells, which mature into T-cells (thymus-derived cells). The body uses T-cells (antibodies) to destroy not only infected cells, but also cancerous cells. T-cells created by the thymus also help other organs in the immune system grow properly.

Thymus gland regulates overall balance of body’s acupuncture Meridian system. It is very important to understand that our Immune System is intimately connected to Chi or Bio-Energy system via Thymus Gland. The effect of stress and our reaction to it through our negative attitudes, feelings, thoughts and emotions, have a negative effect on Thymus Gland which then throws our Immune System out of balance. An extensive study of this phenomenon can be found in books Behavioural Kinesiology and Life Energy by John Diamond, M.D. Many studies have shown the direct link between suppression of Immune System by stress in form of intermittent shocks and development of cancer. When the Immune System is suppressed there is reduced presence of brain chemicals called endorphins which cause anti-cancer and infection fighting cells to diminish.

The report in Science (223: 188-190) states, “Our findings support the view that the central nervous system by modulating immune function exercises some measure of control over the inception and development of disease”. The report further says that a feeling of Helplessness has been related to reduced anti-cancer killer cell activity and increased tumor growth.

Relationship Between Mind And Body

There is a basic universal law that we need to understand, which says that the body obeys the mind. It means that the body tends to manifest what is stored in mind or what the mind believes. In other words we are only subject to what we hold in mind. When the negativity happens it is us who allowed it by giving it the power over us. The energy field of beliefs and concepts is more powerful than the energy field of the physical body. Our inclination and tendency to accept negativity depends on the state of our mind and how much negativity we are holding in it. For example, there are three types of thoughts which we can distinguish: 1. destructive, 2. constructive, and 3. spiritual thoughts. If we energise these thoughts and manifest them into reality then the outcome reflected in our world will be according to the energy field of these three types of thoughts. Each thought will create a body reaction in the form of emotion which has some specific energy frequency and ability to create reaction in our nervous system. So the obvious conclusion is to de-energise destructive thoughts by simply rejecting them, and accept constructive and spiritual thoughts. For example if we accept a negative thought that we will get Coronavirus this will create an emotional response of Fear which will then put our body in 1st stage of stress which will then lower our Immune System. A positive mind will refuse to accept negative thoughts and reject them as untrue. By doing that the positive mind will not buy into commonly held negative ideas. In another example, if we hold Guilt in our mind then we are easily prone to self-condemnation, or if the person has a lot of Fear stored in his/her mind then this person will easily buy into a Fear of some disease or pandemic. So the psychological and physiological effect will be according to what is held in mind and projected.

It is us who manifest negative situations by energising negativity within ourselves, stored in our conscious or subconscious mind as an unresolved emotional pain from past reactions to some situation. The situation itself is neutral, but it is our reaction to the situation, based on patterns and conditioning from the past, that create what we call a negative outcome. As we project these patterns of negativity as energy field, they in turn create events and incidents in the world which we then blame for our own reactions . We ourselves are creating our Universe according to these patterns. All that we experience are our own thought forms, feelings and beliefs projected onto the world which are then causing what we see today.  This is what many enlightened Masters meant when they said “We are living an Illusion, or the world is Maya”. Even Australian Aboriginals call this reality “Dream Time” as expressed in their sacred wisdom and spirituality.

Most people in today’s world are living in a state of survival and they are preoccupied with it in many subtle forms. As a result they live in one of the three stages of stress: 1. allarm, 2. adaptation syndrome, and 3. exhaustion, each connected to distinct psychological states and then physiological changes mentioned above. The levels of consciousness which deal with animalistic survival instincts and which lower the frequency of Human energy field are Gult, Fear, Anger, and Desire for gain. The critical level of consciousness is Courage which then as we progress further spiritually lead into Neutrality, Willingness, Acceptance, Reason, Love, Peace and Enlightenment.

The idea that “there will be an outbreak”, or “new virus will create global pandemic”, or “Corona virus may last all summer”, etc. is a very good example. The negativity of this will be accepted by someone who has stored a lot of energy of unresolved Guilt, Fear and Naivety. Because of unresolved unconscious Guilt from the past, the person will be unconsciously programmed that he/she “deserves” to catch a virus. According to the laws of consciousness the body will obey the mind and the belief that the virus is contagious and easy to catch will be manifested into reality. Without even knowing it the person has succumbed to this negative belief system and the body will then manifest the disease. So it is the suppressed energy of unresolved Guilt and Fear that will create disturbance and compensation in the Bio-Energy system which will then create enough momentum and dynamics to create the disease.

At the center of all this is a mere thought. One single thought is enough. Thought can be seen as a “thing” or form which has a high rate of vibration and it has an energy pattern. We give it power by energising it and then the thought has more power to manifest into reality. You can take any thought for that matter. The thought of a beach and ocean and the thought of pandemic. There is approximately 4 milliseconds between the arising of a thought in the mind and us identifying with it. As the identification happens the body reacts by producing an emotion which then triggers energy patterns of suppressed Guilt or Fear, or whatever.

It is paradoxical that fearful thoughts will result in exactly that which is feared. The more energy we give it the more power it will have to manifest the negativity into reality. Another paradox is that it takes no effort to slip into negativity because it’s energy field is very low and therefore it doesn’t require much effort to be negative. Gilt and Fear tend to feed each other and it is a viscious cycle which grows even bigger in each new turn. So the effect of any virus can be seen as a level of frequency caused by suppressed Guilt and Fear, consciously or unconsciously.

According to research of David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., our disease prone beliefs can be summarised by looking at these questions:

  • Do I worry about my health, holding fear thoughts in mind about what might happen to me?
  • Do I get a secret feeling of fear, excitement, and danger when I hear about a new disease that is currently being reported and in vogue?
  • Do I spend time on constant checkups, reading about diseases, getting frightened by TV stories about them?
  • Am I interested in hearing about dieases of famous people?
  • Do I believe that the environment and foods are full of hidden dangers, or that the foods contain additives which are poisonous and will cause disease?
  • Do I believe that certain diseases “run in our family”?
  • Do I stop or want to stop (but don’t dare) to witness auto accident victims?
  • Do I like hospital TV programs?
  • Do I like TV programs that include hitting, shouting, fist fights, killing, torture, crime and other forms of violence?
  • Am I a guilt ridden person?
  • Am I holding a lot of anger?
  • Do I condemn other people’s behaviour? Am I prone to be judgemental?
  • Do I hold resentments and grudges?
  • Do I feel trapped and hopeless?
  • Do I say of myself, “Whatever is going around I will probably catch it”?
  • Am I concerned with acquisitions and status symbols instead of quality of relationships?
  • Do I carry a lot of insurance and still worry that it’s not enough?

In summary, the way to heal and strengthen our bodies is to change our beliefs, attitudes, feelings and resulting thoughts. Once we change our negative beliefs and attitudes we will remove the stress of negative emotions that energise them. Equally the same we must reject negative programming that comes from the world, as well as our belief systems.

Unlocking the Heart and Mind Behind the Lockdown Doors of the World’s Quarantine

April 20, 2020 Uncategorizedcoronavirus

When the unexpected quarantine takes place of the previously peaceful life and all the amazing plans for future.. What is the first thought? Where can I run and hide from my life?

But then.. you realize that there is nowhere to hide.. THE ENTIRE WORLD IS IN THE SAME LOCKDOWN…

Quarantine time. Limited movement. Restrictions. Less freedom. Less food. Less drinks. Less pleasures. Less socialization. Less, less, less. Stay at home!!!

STOP!

It’s time to change the point of view. It’s time to change the perspective of looking through the window in this time of Corona. It’s time to take a look other way – to take a look inside.

I could sit and write for hours, maybe even for days about negative consequences of this time we are going through. But somehow, to me resonates more as a time of change and that is why I choose to sit and focus on what I want it to be rather than on what I don’t want it to be.

Here comes my story.. Since June 6, 2019 through February 21, 2020, I was on the ship working as a crew member. It was the longest contract I’ve ever done in my 7 years long career as a sailor.

My perfect plan was to sign off and have the most beautiful vacation I could plan. Yoga teachers training in India, two weeks at home with my family, one month in Argentina with someone very special to me and before I signed on the ship again one more month at home with two weddings scheduled to attend. Sounds like a perfect plan right?

Well…
I am currently in a quarantine in India uncertain what is going to happen in the next five minutes and not to mention next couple of months.

Besides all the training I received here, pretty long and deep spiritual practice in the past few years or lives and a deep retreat here it was very difficult to face all the news which were revealing cancellations of the flights and breaking those bridges as our connections and ways to reach home. One after another flight was cancelled and rebooked and cancelled again. And when I was just about to book the flight for that night and try to escape a possible quarantine my mom told me that our government announced closing the airport in Belgrade that day at NOON. Which was in 17 minutes! At that moment there was no other home to go. A great amount of fear splashed me like a cold water. All I could think about was flying out to Argentina, to find out that Argentina closed it’s borders and the airport too.

Panic, short-term chaos and despair fulfilled my whole being. I am staying here? In quarantine? For how long? Why? Why I can’t reach home? Thousands of questions came to my mind, caused a deep anxiety.. Rivers of tears.. Cold sweat.. Thousands of chills under my skin. Headache and stomach-ache and all the health issues I have ever had, were back in no time taking their well-known place in my body.

Also something very interesting happened.. The monkey family which lives close by visited our dinning place at the same moment. They were frenetically jumping from branch to branch looking for the food, biting the jack fruit and throwing them on each other. Taking my attention from the BIG existential problem the Coronavirus has just caused, I stopped for a moment to watch their game. They perfectly reflected the restlessness of my monkey mind at that moment.

I understood that they dropped so many bites from the same reason I dropped so many moments. Jumping from branch to branch.. Feeding my monkey mind. Instead I could just sit and listen what life is giving me as a solution.

And I said STOP! Stop to the panic. Stop to the chaos and fears creating that restlessness of my mind.

I took couple of deep breaths and let the calm and peace enter my heart. And so called diseases started disappearing..

Only then, I could see the sunshine again. Only then, all the tools that different masters gave us took significantly bigger importance in my life. Everyday meditation, online EFT sessions with the therapist, yoga classes, a little bit of day dreaming took place in my everyday life.

Our quarantine is not like yours. In fact it is quite different. We are in one village close to Bangalore, India, in the ashram in the middle of the jungle. We’ve been spending our time on the balcony in the nature, creating plans on how to help healing process of our Planet. There are 21 of us here plus couple of members of the ashram. We have lots of bugs, familiar and unfamiliar ones, lizards, frogs, snakes, dogs, cats and monkeys and plenty of birds singing beautiful songs.

Yet we don’t have our loved ones beside so we can hug each other and spend time together.

I said couple of times: “I would give all this nature for being with my family right now.” While some of my friends from back home would give their time indoor for being in the nature right now. Some of them even told me, stay there, here is a chaos.

And again I say STOP! Stop to the thoughts, stop to give or take. Back to business!

Let’s see what we CAN DO instead of what we are NOT ABLE to do right now!

Don’t take me wrong. I am not a yogi. I am on the path of yoga planting a small seed every now and then when I remember that someone or something much bigger (depends what you believe in) stands behind me, guides me and takes care of me.

My every day here since I got stranded in India on March 19, starts with deep heaviness, unpleasant thoughts, the same old questions “Why?” But.. Somehow, somewhere I find that little seed of faith to be planted for that day on my path of yoga and start a day with meditation, gratefulness, chanting, prayer. Sometimes I manage to make that shift fast and there are days when I reach the moment of silence only late at night.

All I know is that this is the time for change. Take it! Grasp it! And enjoy your family time! You are so lucky you have that family time!

One day, while I was sitting on the balcony all in tears, watching the nature around me, this thought came to my mind..

Isn’t it mother’s womb a form of a quarantine that we all took before we joined the outside World? Wasn’t it warm and safe place for us? Didn’t we have all we needed even though we didn’t have any of the outside world’s pleasures? The umbilical cord was all we had, warm darkness, and mother’s love. And we needed no more than that..

What is a difference between then and now?

Hug your parents if you can, give a BIG noisy kiss to your children, teach them butterflies’ kiss, and how Eskimos kiss each other.

Tell your significant one you love them. Let them know you are there for them, no matter how much they annoy you at this point of 24/7 together. If they got stranded far away from you, remember that you are the first and the last though between their sleeps. Maybe they even talk to the stars asking them to bright up your days ahead. Send them love and a wish to come back to you as soon as possible.

Don’t let this crisis take over your happiness.

Don’t let the quarantine put your mind into the negative state making you say and do what you actually wouldn’t if all of these didn’t happen. Remember that everything is bound to change.. even the quarantine times.. Freedom will take place again in our everyday life. And our now cancelled plans will be even sweeter once we are able to fulfil those dreams.

Until then, find the freedom in your hearts, free your mind, take a deep breath and stay there..
In the silence.

Everything changes.

This will also change.
