Our social interactions, thoughts, words and actions determine our vibrations and frequencies. Who we hang out with, what news or media we consume and also what places we visit and food we eat, all create and sustain our vibrations and frequencies.
Now, imagine constant communication with ‘bad company’, when I say, bad company I mean anyone who chooses to vibrate on lower frequencies and indulge in negative traits such as negative news, worries, doubts, being fearful etc. Sometimes, especially when you are sensitive to energy, you may even feel a change in energy levels when in contact with someone who is on a lower frequency. And this is really a waste of time!
You have come on this earth for a reason, or multiple reasons for that matter, work towards fulfilling those reasons. But what happens when our vibrations decrease, we start to become fearful, doubtful, and all these negative traits try to grab you and pull you down. This covid19 pandemic is an example of how fear and worry can grip people.
So, this is also why it is important to raise our vibrations to that of love, compassion, kindness, and also fearlessness! As when we vibrate on higher frequencies, we stop being a burden to society - eg, one more person in society who is anxious and terrified… But rather we can become gems to the society. When we choose faith over fear, love over hatred and choose to just give love, always, then we actually become pillars of strength or living angels to the society around us. People will see you as an example of someone who has their life together, someone to look up to and a source of hope.
I personally believe that the world really needs many many such positive people in society to just uplift and inspire all who they come into contact with. But remember that every interaction is an exchange of energy. And that when we come into contact with others, especially those who carry a lot of negativity and baggage, they can exchange some of their negative energy to you, thus leaving you tired, worn out, fatigued or even with a slight headache.
So how to go out and make a positive change, without negative side effects?
Be aware of each interaction with others. Know that you are just here to spread positivity and that's it. No need for consistent talks, especially those that are negative in nature.
Maintain self time. Keep some time aside in the day that is just for you. You can meditate in this time or just reflect on the day and wash our all negative thoughts that might have occurred in the day
Empower yourself. Many times, people communicate out of fears or negative talk. It is okay for someone who needs a burst of positivity to talk to you, but you should be strong and at peace with yourself. You should not need to speak to the same person about your problems or seek advice from anyone who is negative in nature. This is because they will see you as someone who needs their help, they will no longer take your advice seriously and worse, they will continue to give you advice - which can just be negative talk wrapped and sugar coated…
I believe that this world really needs burst of positive energy and vibrations. May we increase our vibrations and energy to inspire and uplift all who we come into contact with!
